How will I measure my size?

1. Chest: By placing the tape measure on your chest at its widest point,

measure for the circumference of your chest.
2. Waist: Put your hands on your waist. The point where your hand is located is your waist point.

Measure around your waist from that point.

3. Hips: By placing the tape measure on the widest part of your hips,

Measure the circumference of your hip.

4. Calf: Measure the inside of the leg starting from the top fork point.
