Becoming a Member

If you are a member, you can log in with your membership information from the window that opens by clicking on the "MEMBER LOGIN" on the homepage.
For a new membership, click the "REGISTER" button, fill in the information on the left of the page that opens, and click the "SAVE" button.
Adding to Cart (Selecting Goods and Services)
www.jly.com.tr You can choose from the categories on the main page and browse the product options in the relevant category. You can choose color, size and quantity on the product detail page, press the "ADD TO CART" button and add the product you have chosen to your shopping cart.
You can see your basket by clicking the "MY BASKET" on the top right of the page. If you wish, you can delete or change the products in your cart. You can see the prices of all products in your cart including VAT.
Purchase (Entering Payment and Delivery Information)
To proceed to the payment stage, after adding the products you want to buy to your cart, press the "COMPLETE SHOPPING" button. If you are a member, log in. If you are not, you can become a member or continue without being a member. Enter the address you want your order and invoice to be sent to and a valid e-mail address where you can be contacted, or if you are a member, select one of your registered addresses.
Make your cargo selection and press the "CONTINUE" button.
On the Payment and Confirmation page, you can see the VAT excluding price, VAT amount, Cargo amount and total amount of the product you will receive. In addition, if you want to review all the products, invoice and delivery addresses in your order, you can return to the previous steps from the top guidance bar and make changes or cancel your purchase.
You can make your payment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
Choose the method you want to pay; If you prefer the option to pay by credit card, enter your card information, confirm the Pre-information form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Right of Withdrawal, and then press the "COMPLETE ORDER" button.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you when the purchase is complete. Then, you will be informed by e-mail at the stage of delivery to the cargo.
Address or product changes cannot be made after the order is completed. If you want to change the address after completing your order, you must cancel your order and make a new transaction.
Delivery Information
After the payment is received at www.jly.com.tr, the store ships the product within the specified delivery time and enters the cargo information into the system. Shipping information is sent to your e-mail address. You can also select "CARGO TRACKING NO" or "Where is my order?" from the "MY ORDERS" tab on your "My Account" page. You can track your product by clicking the link or on the cargo company's website.
Retention of Contracts

The Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement established online between the buyer and the buyer are sent to you together with the order confirmation e-mail. Changing Order Information (Cancellation of Order)
You can track the status of your order from your My Account page, and cancel your order before it is delivered to the cargo.
4.1 The preliminary information form accepted and approved by the Buyer and the distance sales contract are kept electronically for 3 (three) years from the date of the transaction in accordance with the relevant legislation in the My Account section of the Website and are easily accessible to the Buyer at any time.
4.2 Before the ordering process is finalized by the buyer, the order summary is displayed electronically on the Website in order to correct possible data entry errors and the necessary technical opportunities for correction are provided.
4.3 In case of a possible conflict between the Seller and the Buyer, it is recommended that the problem be resolved quickly and effectively by first contacting the Seller via the Call Center.
4.4 Negotiations between the Buyer and the Seller via the Call Center to find solutions to potential problems do not prevent the Buyer from taking any legal action he/she wishes within the scope of the legislation to which he/she is subject.

Solution Alternatives
The consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in case of a dispute regarding his complaint. Monetary limits for consumer arbitration committees to be responsible and authorized to deal with disputes;
a) Upper monetary limit for district consumer arbitration committees, 2.400 TL Turkish Lira,
b) The monetary limit for provincial consumer arbitration committees in provinces with metropolitan status is between 2,400 TL and 3,610 TL,
c) The upper monetary limit for the provincial consumer arbitration committees in the centers of the provinces that are not in metropolitan status, 3.610 Turkish Liras,
ç) The monetary limit for the provincial consumer arbitration committees in the districts of the provinces that are not in metropolitan status has been determined as between 2,400 TL and 3,610 TL.
For disputes above these values, applications are made to consumer courts, not to consumer arbitration committees. The competent authority is the consumer arbitration board and consumer courts where the consumer is located or where the consumer transaction is made.
In case of a dispute, you can also apply to all alternative dispute resolution methods accepted in our country, such as arbitration and mediation. It is known that alternative dispute resolution methods are faster, more economical and more effective. Applying for these remedies will not remove your right to apply for legal remedies.
